- 1 T chopped dill
- 1 T fresh thyme (leave out if stage 1)
- 1⁄2 t salt
- 1⁄4 t pepper
- 1 T sunflower oil
- 2 (6-8 oz) salmon fillets
Heat oven to 400° F. Combine dill, thyme, salt, pepper and sunflower oil. Rub herb mixture on salmon. Bake for 12 – 16 minutes.
