Herb Roasted Salmon

Baked Salmon with Dill and Thyme

Adapted from emeals.com clean eating meal plan.

Ingredients:

  • 1 T chopped dill
  • 1 T fresh thyme (leave out if stage 1)
  • 1⁄2 t salt
  • 1⁄4 t pepper
  • 1 T sunflower oil
  • 2 (6-8 oz) salmon fillets

Instructions:

Heat oven to 400° F. Combine dill, thyme, salt, pepper and sunflower oil. Rub herb mixture on salmon. Bake for 12 – 16 minutes.
