The kids gobbled these up. I like really crispy fries. The trick seems to be to cut the fries very thin and use as little oil as possible.

- 2 potatoes
- olive oil (or sunflower oil if stage 1)
- chili powder (or garlic and onion powder if stage 1)
Preheat oven to 425F. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into thin strips. The smaller you make the pieces the crispier the fries. Lightly coat potatoes in olive oil and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and chili powder (or seasoning of your choice). Bake for 25 min or so checking periodically to “unstick” any fries getting a little too attached to the pan.
