Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Adapted from emeals.com clean eating plan:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 t dried thyme (leave out if in Stage 1 of diet)
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 1/2 t olive oil (sunflower oil if in Stage 1 of diet)
  • 2 t balsamic vinegar (malt vinegar if in Stage 1 of diet)
  • 2 t honey (maple syrup if in Stage 1 of diet)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions:

Combine all the spices, oil, vinegar, and honey.  Coat chicken and place in baking dish.  Drizzle remaining marinade on top.  Bake at 350 F for 40 min until cooked through.
