Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup all purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • sunflower oil

Instructions:

Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.  Heat a frying pan with a 1/8″ thick layer of sunflower oil in the bottom of it on medium heat.  Dredge the chicken pieces through the GF flour.  Since they are a little wet the flour will stick.  Trust me!  Then place them in the frying pan.  Cooking time varies but roughly 3-5 min per side.  Remove chicken and put on a paper towel on a plate to drain some of the excess oil.  Once cooled enjoy eating them!  You can make a big batch and freeze.  They warm up beautifully in the microwave.
